Logan Lane was so kind and professional during my first Acura RDX oil change. Bart Bartley originally checked me in, as Logan was busy with another client, but Logan made sure I was satisfied before I lef Acura RDX oil change. Brought my RDX in for its scheduled A1 service usual stand out friendliness, integrity and exemplary customer service on Wednesday afternoon 22 June. Brought my RDX in for its scheduled A1 service and John ensured it was quickly brought to the technician. It needed a right tire alignment and John again made sure it was done quickly. Amazingly, the entire service took barely an hour! Also, a special thank you to Bart as well for pinch-hitting when I first arrived while John was finishing up with another customer. Bart helped get the service paperwork started for John. Truly, another terrific experience with John and the team at Crown Acura. More

After purchasing my car from Crown Acura back in 2015 I have always came back for service with Bart. He always provides good guidance on what maintenance is required now, what may be required in the future have always came back for service with Bart. I had a simple recall, got an appointment in less than 48 hours, got in and out in less than 2, and my man Bart Bartley, who always treats us like we're his only customers, was his consummate class act. Sorry this is so long, but the story reveals the exceptional relationship my wife and I have established with Bart Bartley at Crown Acura. We moved to St Petersburg, FL in 2011 and had been in his h exceptional relationship my wife and I have established with Bart Bartley at Crown Acura. We moved to St Petersburg, FL in 2011 and had been in his hands until last year, bringing him our 2010 TSX and 2013 TL (which we bought in 2019). This past October we moved to Port Charlotte. Unfortunately, since Crown is now nearly 100 miles away, we opted to start taking our cars to Gettel Acura in nearby Sarasota much to our dismay at losing Bart. He'd been like family to us and had taken superb care of our vehicles always giving sound advice on what services to render and what not to. Back in November the battery died in the TSX (a common occurrence in hot humid Florida), but when I jumped it in order to get it to an auto parts store to replace the battery the car alarm kept going off (something that had never happened before). I poured through the manual to find out how to override the alarm and got nowhere, then YouTubed it but, surprisingly, also found no answer. I called Gettel next and spoke with the service person I had just seen the previous month for the first time, but he told me I'd have to bring it in so they could run diagnostics which would end up costing $135.00 (not to mention the $100.00 tow charge because their dealership was outside AAAs free towing range). I was shocked and disheartened and asked him if there was another option. He insisted there wasn't. I hung up and immediately called Bart. He said, "No, that's not right. All you have to do is jump the battery and then stick your key in the driver's door lock and turn it twice." I did this and it saved us probably $235.00. Either Gettel is incompetent or they wanted our money. Needless to say we have returned to Bart and Crown Acura despite the distance. That's a testimony of Bart Bartley's character and his knowledge. He's the best at what he does and he's the best experience we have ever had with vehicle service. He cares about his customers like no one else. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a competent and devoted service person. More

A couple issues not in the dealership’s control with the delivery of my vehicle but they helped address it and Crown went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and pleased with my experience at their dealership. I will definitely reach out again on my Acura needs. More
