30,000 maintenace on RDX Bart Bartley was my Service Advisor and he was really excellent to work with. He understood me needing to space out the service components ($$$$), ha Bart Bartley was my Service Advisor and he was really excellent to work with. He understood me needing to space out the service components ($$$$), had my car ready on time, washed and went through everything that was done etc. I will go back to him every time! More

I scheduled an oil change and as usual Bart was spot on. Very efficient and i got my car back quickly so i could continue with my daily errands. Thank you for the great customer service. I went to crown Acura for my oil change. My service advisor was Bart Bartley. He was very polite & personable. He kept me up to date on my vehicle status & got me cashed out quickly. He went over my in advisor was Bart Bartley. He was very polite & personable. He kept me up to date on my vehicle status & got me cashed out quickly. He went over my inspection report in detail with me. He has been the best service advisor I have worked with over the past few years. More

I came in for my periodic Acura MDX 18' oil change and was greeted by the service agents Bart Bartley and John Shaw. They work as a team and made sure all of my questions and concerns are addressed with m was greeted by the service agents Bart Bartley and John Shaw. They work as a team and made sure all of my questions and concerns are addressed with my MDX 2018. When I buy new I get my car service always at the dealership. I have been to several dealerships throughout my life time and these guys have been here for many years. It feels good to see the same face over the years. Clean waiting area, good coffee, exceptional service. Any issues I can email or call them and to me that makes the difference of a great experience. More

Last week I took my RDX for it’s first annual service. My service advisor was Bart Bartley. Bart was very courteous and was able to have my car ready within the timeframe promised which made for a very effic service advisor was Bart Bartley. I purchased my Acura RDX from Crown Acura in May, I have taken my car there for any services required since then. Bart has been my service specialist and he is so great at making me feel welcome and taken c taken my car there for any services required since then. Bart has been my service specialist and he is so great at making me feel welcome and taken care of! This last time I came in for a service I had Had a minor fender bender a few weeks before. Bart took the time to buff out the scuffs in my bumper and saved me a trip to the body shop for a potentially very expensive fix! Bart is great at what he does but he also goes above and beyond to take care of your needs! Highly recommend Bart! Thank you!! More
