I recently had the unpleasant experience of listening to the service manager berate an employee. I was sitting in the service area waiting to be greeted. The manager said to the employee that "we are playing football, not golf".He went on to exclaim that this was "a team sport" and that his failure to generate revenues via "up charging" was not only letting himself down but the whole "team". The manager also said how this individual was "killing" him. I have never had a bad experience in the service or sales departments. Service in all fields of business, law and medicine are based on trust. My recent experience gives me some doubts! More

Best service team ever! Between John Shaw and Bart Bartley, you are in the best hands when it comes to service. Today was another day of excellent customer service given. Knowing my car battery was about to give up on me, I called the center where John quickly came to the rescue. No hassle, just come on in and let us make sure it's the battery and, by the way, if it is the battery, it is still under warranty and covered by us. John, with Bart out sick, got me in and out of the center in less then an hour and a half, while still providing excellent service to his customers that had pre-scheduled appointments. Nothing more to say than 100 % satisfaction and my team until I am 95 years old! :) More

I worked with Bart Bartley and from my first phone call to all of the service required, Bart was a pleasure to work with and was extremely customer-focused and service-minded. It really felt less of a transactional business relationship and more of a service-minded and service-focused relationship. I have heard it said that the sales team of a car dealership will sell you your first car, but the service team will sell you your next 5 cars. That is absolutely true and while of course Acura makes an amazing vehicle, it is the service levels from team members like Bart Bartley that will make me come back again. He did a great job and is an ambassador for the Acura brand. I appreciated his friendliness, his knowledge, how helpful and fair he was, his communication, and again the high level of excellence in which he delivered service. I felt that Bart was really looking out for my best interest with the various items for the vehicle. All of the issues with the vehicle were fixed in wonderful fashion as well of course.
