Crown Acura Service I own a 2014 MDX that was due for several swrvices and was going on aroad trip the next week so i made an appointment with my service advisor Bart Bar I own a 2014 MDX that was due for several swrvices and was going on aroad trip the next week so i made an appointment with my service advisor Bart Bartley for the Friday morning before i was to leave the following week. I really like being greated and treated like they are glad to see me rather than pulling and and having to search for someone to help me. The service waiting area is always nice and clean and you can choose from a variety of coffees and teas and they make cookies fresh each morning. They also have plenty of tables to work from if you so choose add I did. My waits for muy car to be serviced are always pleasant. This one was for about two and a half hours but for all the work and diagnostics they did I thought it was a very short wait. I'm impressed with the service I get at Crown and Bart is my man. More

Bart to the rescue! I recently had to take my wife's TSX in for an airbag recall. During the repair a screw was snapped off and therefore a 1 hour job was going to run i I recently had to take my wife's TSX in for an airbag recall. During the repair a screw was snapped off and therefore a 1 hour job was going to run into a second day while a new airbag could be delivered and installed. I was less than enthused with this happening but Bart stepped right up. He got me into a loaner car quickly and told me he'd call me when the part was in the following day. The next morning Bart called and told me that he was tracking the part and when it was supposed to be delivered. He called me again when it was delivered to Crown Acura. He called me again when my car was ready. He made a less than ideal situation much easier to handle and he had my car washed on top of that. Thanks Bart! More

Should have gotten service at this dealership to begin with. I made the mistake of going somewhere else for an oil change and in the course of events I realized that my vehicle had not been treated properly. So I made the mistake of going somewhere else for an oil change and in the course of events I realized that my vehicle had not been treated properly. So, I made an appointment at the dealership. Thank you to Bart Bartley at Crown Acura for coordinating a full courtesy inspection, topping off all fluids and a complimentary car wash and vacuum. I was treated with respect and Bart took the time to explain what was going on without criticizing my poor choice to save $ at a Cheapo-change. I will be scheduling all service at Crown Acura from now on. More
