When it came time to upgrade to a newer Acura in 2015, I visited the dealership where I had purchased the TL and where it had always been serviced to learn about new Acuras. Their department is very good; however, I had a Very Unhappy experience with one of theirs sales persons. Very bad. At any rate, I decided to travel to Clearwater to check out Crown Acura, I test drove the TLX and liked it. I was treated with respect by the salesperson ;purchased the car the next day. It is a long drive to Clearwater for service, but I so appreciate the kindness and respect shown by every employee with whom I have come in contact. Bart Bartley has been my service dept. representative from the beginning; he knows his business and treats his clients well, exsplaining all the details one needs to know. KUDOS to CROWN and Bart!!
