Communication is very poor at this dealership. The sales department is not good about checking their messages, and it's up to the client to initiate any communication (including when to finalize The sales department is not good about checking their messages, and it's up to the client to initiate any communication (including when to finalize new purchase paperwork, getting a loaner, repair updates, etc). And it took them three weeks to reimburse me for the tow, which I wasn't suppose to pay for, when my truck had a transmission problem less than 24 hours after I purchased it. More

Overall, my experience was positive, but I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding additional charges. An extra $2,120 was added for a diamond clean package, along with a $120 charg disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding additional charges. An extra $2,120 was added for a diamond clean package, along with a $120 charge for wheel locks, neither of which were clearly explained upfront. When we questioned these fees, the dealer initially agreed to remove them, but then attempted to convince us to re-add the package at a reduced price of $1,000. After we insisted that we did not want it, the dealer still included the wheel lock charge, claiming there was no service technician available to remove them and we had no choice but to accept it. However, after leaving, we noticed that the service station was open and staffed, so it appears removal would have been possible. More
