I like going over there. Everyone is so nice the minute you drive into the service department. The waiting room was very comfortable. Rebecca went over my receipt at the end with me. As always the work in the service department was done correctly the first time. The service department starts with Danielle O’Conner who is the service writer and understands easily what work needs to be correctly the first time. The service department starts with Danielle O’Conner who is the service writer and understands easily what work needs to be done and will offer you ideas to keep your car running well into the future. She’s a great asset to the service department at Rizza Cadillac. I recommend the service department and especially Danielle the service writer to all of my Friends who have Cadillacs. Great experience from the minute I walked in the door. Received a loaner car (which makes the whole process easier)- don't need two people to drop off a car for repair).
