Helton had worked with my wife Tina in the past and her experience with him was wonderful so she contacted him when it was time for me to get a newer car. When we showed up he already had two vehicles rea experience with him was wonderful so she contacted him when it was time for me to get a newer car. When we showed up he already had two vehicles ready for me to test drive, both based on information Tina had given him. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I never felt any pressure and the whole experience was absolutely top notch. I will be recommending him to anyone i know who is in the market for a new vehicle and I know he will not disapoint. More

I recently bought a 2024 Lexus GX 550, but what stood out most about the experience wasn’t the car itself—it was John. Walking into this process, I was carrying a lot of hesitation. After a traumatic car accident, I found it hard to feel safe or at ease behind the wheel of anything. This was also my first major purchase, and it felt like such an overwhelming decision. But then I met John, and everything started to shift. From the moment I arrived, John created a space that felt grounded, calm, and human. He took the time to listen, never rushed the process, and genuinely cared more about how I felt in the car than making a sale. What stood out the most was the way he carries himself—with honesty, warmth, and a kind of quiet integrity that’s increasingly rare these days. On a more personal note, John was a longtime friend of my grandfather’s. I never had the chance to truly know my grandfather well, but through the stories John shared, I felt connected to my grandpa in a way I hadn’t before. Sitting in John’s office and chatting about life and family became one of the most comforting parts of this entire experience. I didn’t choose this car just because it was the right fit—I chose it because of who John is. He made something stressful feel deeply personal and even healing in a way I didn’t expect. Cal was outstanding to work with—polite, informative, prompt, and thorough. He made sure we were completely comfortable and satisfied with our purchase from start to finish. Peyton took the time to walk us through the entire car, inside and out, ensuring we understood how to operate every feature and gadget. His patience and attention to detail were much appreciated. Becky made the paperwork process seamless. Even though we were purchasing from out of state, she handled all the tax, title, and licensing paperwork efficiently, making it incredibly easy on us. I’ve had mixed results with their Service Department; this past visit ended well but was problematic In lack of communication and follow through. In the end, the work was done, done at a lower cost I believe due to some of the communication issues, and problem fixed, so outcome was GREAT. So over my last four visits, 1 was beyond exemplary and Lexus went OVER and ABOVE to rectify the problem. This most recent visit ended well but the experience was less than favorable. So Lexus Service does stand by their high quality Autos, it just doesn’t seem to go as well getting there as you’d think it should. Clearly some of that lies with us, in that we have high expectations because they are Lexus but basic communications between departments seems to be an issue to be aware of More
