The dealership staff were very professional and accomodating. They answered any questions I had and were thorough with explaining vehicle features and the purchasing process. The only issue that arrose during the purchase of the vehicle was the sales manager not knowing that medically retired military members qualify for the insentive provided by Honda financial. It took a frustrating 30 minutes of back and forth, explanation and pointing out on my end, that I was infact a qualifying individual, to get the manager to understand. The salesman was nothing but professional, helpful and worked as quickly as he could to try and get me the best deal during this time. I certainly appreciate his help. More
