Allan is very friendly, honest, and does not pressure one into buying a car. We went to the dealership not knowing what to expect and he was the first one to greet us at the door. Took the time to look for other used cars in the system and explain pricing since I was looking for one on the less expensive side (which is hard these days). He even helped me screw on the license plates afterwards since I didn't own a screw driver! I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a new or used car speak to Allan! In the end, once I was able to come to a decision, he even stayed past his shift to make sure I could get all of my paperwork done and drive my new car right off the lot- not having to wait another day. So I came into the dealership to test drive a car. Didn't end up liking the car very much and before I left, Michele simply suggested looking to see what else they had on the lot. I'm a car fanatic so I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with and I had so much fun looking for the perfect car that fit my budget and my needs. It didn't feel stressful or forced. It was like I was going shopping with an old friend who had my best interest in mind. And when I said I didn't like a car, that was that. There were no efforts to try and get me into a specific car or to get into one at all. She simply allowed me to sit in as many cars as I wanted and test drive them until I found something i liked. That's not easy to find in a car dealership. Nor a sales person, Michele is awesome. More
