I, have been bringing my car to Spitzer KIA Car Service located at 3414 Brookpark, Rd. Parma, Ohio for over 7 years for all my car needs. They have never let me down. I recently had my car serviced at Sp located at 3414 Brookpark, Rd. Parma, Ohio for over 7 years for all my car needs. They have never let me down. I recently had my car serviced at Spitzer KIA on June 27,2025. I was there for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Their service department is always friendly and my service adviser, that day was Belinda M. Frost, was incredibly helpful and explained everything clearly offered additional services for currant visit and my next visit with my car. Belinda,was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She was also very patient and addressed all my needs for my car. KIA's service adviser, also asked me if I was waiting for the car or do I need a ride home. My reply to Belinda was I am waiting for my car. She reminded me where the waiting area was and they have coffee and water available. By the time I walked to the waiting area, I received a text message from my service adviser, Belinda welcoming me to Spitzer KIA and if I have any questions to call her and her phone number. I am always impressed with their professionalism and Excellent Customer Service I highly recommend this dealership for all your Car Service Needs.
