She was so explanatory in what was being done with my vehicle and how long the process was going to take. So during my wait time, I asked to talk to a sales rep, which she got for me! From the moment I walked in to that side of the house, I was greeted by a warm and professional team who made me feel valued as a customer. Special shoutout to George Woods who went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect car for my needs. The dealership itself is clean, well-organized, and has an impressive selection of vehicles. I appreciated that they listened to what I was looking for and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The entire process, from test drive to final paperwork, was smooth and transparent. They were patient with all my questions and made sure I understood every step. The financing process was equally stress-free. Mike Mansour (10/10 recommended) took the time to explain all my options. I, have been bringing my car to Spitzer KIA Car Service located at 3414 Brookpark, Rd. Parma, Ohio for over 7 years for all my car needs. They have never let me down. I recently had my car serviced at Spitzer KIA on June 27,2025. I was there for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Their service department is always friendly and my service adviser, that day was Belinda M. Frost, was incredibly helpful and explained everything clearly offered additional services for currant visit and my next visit with my car. Belinda,was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She was also very patient and addressed all my needs for my car. KIA's service adviser, also asked me if I was waiting for the car or do I need a ride home. My reply to Belinda was I am waiting for my car. She reminded me where the waiting area was and they have coffee and water available. By the time I walked to the waiting area, I received a text message from my service adviser, Belinda welcoming me to Spitzer KIA and if I have any questions to call her and her phone number. I am always impressed with their professionalism and Excellent Customer Service I highly recommend this dealership for all your Car Service Needs.
