Extremely poor customer service and all around lack of communication. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. When I arrived at the dealership (1.5 hours from home) the service FWD light was communication. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. When I arrived at the dealership (1.5 hours from home) the service FWD light was on. They had to keep my newly purchased vehicle to diagnose and fix, which nobody ever called to communicate things with me as to what was going on, nor did they return my phone calls (this included the Sales Manager as well). Once I received my vehicle, there were various lights and problems with the car, within the first 24 hours. It took me several additional phone calls and voicemails to finally get a receipt of the service they provided, which didn’t seem completed. Now, it is yet again in the shop with various lights on the dash. More
