Great Experience! I went into Lexus of Rockford after my power steering went out on my own car. Chris Beto was able to set me up with a great deal on my trade in despit I went into Lexus of Rockford after my power steering went out on my own car. Chris Beto was able to set me up with a great deal on my trade in despite this. And Ben Bleed found me a great interest rate on a loan after I fell in love with a car at their dealership. It went from a stressful day to a blissful one after I drove off in under two hours. I am still raving about this car and service a week later. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

Always impressed! Service at its finest! I have worked with Chris Beto for several years now. He never disappoints and goes above and beyond to make sure he delivers top notch service. When I was in today to buy my new car, I found out that he took it upon himself to make sure the car was washed, waxed, and ready to go! I had been there yesterday to get everything started, but the individuals who are usually in charge of washing and waxing were gone for the evening. He didn’t want to risk that the car wouldn’t be ready for me this morning. I did not even know this until someone else mentioned it to me later. This is the type of service that will make me a Lexus of Rockford customer for life. The entire team at L of R are all extremely friendly, doting, and helpful. I always feel like I am their most important customer. Thank you to the entire team for the best car buying experience out there! More

Love my Lexus I recently purchase my third RX 350 from Lexus of Rockford. I keep going back because they make you feel like family. Each time I visit the dealersh I recently purchase my third RX 350 from Lexus of Rockford. I keep going back because they make you feel like family. Each time I visit the dealership, be it for service or the complementary car wash on Saturdays, Chris Beto and/or Mike Sartino will always great me by name and ask about my family. During one of my visits to the dealership for service, I mentioned to Chris that I was looking to purchase a newer RX. Knowing my preferences, Chris kept me updated when anything came on the lot. While I was out of town, Chris had a client wanting to trade in his vehicle. Knowing that I would love the car, Chris gave me a call and emailed me all the information on the car, including pictures. Trusting Chris, I put down a deposit over the phone. I am glad I did; the car is immaculate and I have enjoyed learning all the safety features my new Lexus has. More

GETTING BACK ON MY FEET My experience with Ron Neuschwander was perfect for my busy life. I stopped in on a Saturday after looking at a few cars online. Ron had the cars pulled up right outside of the doors as it was sleet and rain outside. We test drove a couple cars He was very informational about the vehicles before we pulled out of the lot, Which made me feel really safe when driving a new and unfamiliar vehicle. Ron was patient with me as I came in looking at a car that was beyond my budget he was honest with me when showing me all my financial options. I asked Ron to help me to decide on a vehicle as if I were his daughter to help me make the best choice. From there on out he really treated me as I was family, giving me the best and most honest info to help me make a decision. On Monday morning I stopped in for and hour we drove 2 vehicles and make a reasonable decision. I drove away Tuesday afternoon With my new Toyota Corolla and I am extremely happy with the flexibility they offered me and my busy schedule. This was not a 10 day long tiring experience as past purchases at other places have been. I will be back to purchase vehicles for my children ! and will defiantly recommend all of my friends and family to Ron. Ben Bleed made me an offer in financing theat met my needs to the T. Best experience EVER! I had Ron Neuschwander as my Sales Consultant. In the past, buying a car for me has been just dreadful. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions. Even when he wasn't sure of something -he was honest about it, then went above and beyond to get me the right answers. He made this the most wonderful experience. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends without any hesitation. Thank you Ron for getting me into my dream car and making the car buying process pleasant instead of the usual painful. I also was helped in the Finance Department by Ben Bleed. The finance part is what makes buying a car the most painful. BUT NOT THIS TIME!!!! When I came back to the dealer all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. Next thing I know they are handing me the keys. I could not believe it. I was there for 30 minutes at the most. Ben answered my questions and explained everything that I was signing. I am very thankful for that-sometimes the paper part can be very overwhelming. Thank you both for my beautiful car and making this the best car buying experience I have ever had. Happy New Year! More
