Third Car in a row from Anderson Ben did a great job for us. At first I wondered if he could really be our salesman seeing he was so short, but sure enough, he was our guy. Got a GREAT DEAL. Had a GREAT EXPERIENCE. Thx Ben & John I traded my 2002 Red, Lexus SC430 with 123K miles in for a 2003 Red, Lexus SC430 with 37K miles. It was just what I wanted. I wanted the same car bu I traded my 2002 Red, Lexus SC430 with 123K miles in for a 2003 Red, Lexus SC430 with 37K miles. It was just what I wanted. I wanted the same car but with lower miles, a car in better condition than mine and not too much money, Ben Bleed and John Wegner of Anderson, Lexus of Rockford, made sure I got what I wanted. Ben was the sales person that showed me the car, let me drive it, and compared the car with my old car explaining details of a lightly used car versus my heavily used car. Ben is charming, polite, knowledgeable and very experienced. I felt I was talking and dealing with a friend,... not another "car salesman". I would recommend Anderson, Lexus of Rockford to anyone wanting to buy a Toyota or a Lexus AND especially Ben Bleed....honest, kind and flexible. Thank you Ben, John Wegner the financial service person was very helpful also. He gave me three choices of car payments, carefully explaining all details. Advised me on particular financial issues I had and sealed the deal for me. Pleasure doing business with Lexus of Rockford! I had the best experience ever buying from Lexus of Rockford. I know what I was buying in terms of quality and performance but dealing Ben Bleed made I had the best experience ever buying from Lexus of Rockford. I know what I was buying in terms of quality and performance but dealing Ben Bleed made the experience way much better. He was very accommodating and attentive to all my requirements for the new vehicle and helped in great deal with the exchange of my old car. Never felt pushed or rushed. Second car even better experience. This is the second car that I have purchased from Lexus of Rockford and again I could not have had a better experience. The quality of the vehicle is only eclipsed by the quality of the people. Lexus of Rockford delivers amazing customer service, price, in a quality and friendly atmosphere. Ben Bleed responded to an e-mail inquiry in less that 15 minutes and we made the deal over the phone within 24 hours. The car was all that he told me it would be and more. They pulled me out of my current lease with a different brand. They patiently went through all the details of the deal and looked with me to all the possible options to make it more convenient. They reviewed with me all the features of my new Lexus the day of the pick up. And that always with a genuine smile and the sincere will to be helpful and find the perfect solution for me! Amazing! pretty good experience I was working with Ben. Good experience with him. He was friendly and did what he could to help me get into the car I wanted. The only issue I had I was working with Ben. Good experience with him. He was friendly and did what he could to help me get into the car I wanted. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the vehicle. I ended up paying well over the cost of a new vehicle for a 2012 and it was not very clean. I was told to come back for a "detail". I am not sure what a normal detail involves, but if I actually paid for it, I would have asked for a refund. When I got the car home I saw all the scratches still left all over it. Also the back floor was filthy. Stains all over. I spent an hour scrubbing them out. There was even a spot where it looked like the previous owner's kid threw up and cleaning that was really nasty. Ultimately I would buy from Anderson Toyota again, but next time I would buy new or really inspect the car before driving off. More

Great Experience I was car shopping and decided to check out the Lexus IS350. When I walked in Ben Bleed greeted me and we talked about the car and went for a test dr I was car shopping and decided to check out the Lexus IS350. When I walked in Ben Bleed greeted me and we talked about the car and went for a test drive. He was very friendly and informative. I fell in love with the car and decided this was the car I was going to buy. It took a few days and we finally got an offer put together. I also interacted with Dave Pearson who was also great to work with. They did not have the exterior/interior color I was looking for but said they could get it for me. I'm the type of person that would prefer to buy the vehicle off the lot, but I just had to have the color that wasn't available so I agreed and put down a deposit. I admit I was nervous at first about putting down a deposit because of everything you read on the Internet now a days. The process went smoothly and I was very impressed with the way Ben provided me with updates on the status of my car to it's arrival date. I'm a bit particular about my cars and Ben and Dave met every single one of my needs. The day the car arrived I went to sign for it. Ben let me look at the car before he got it ready for me. I worked with John in the finance office and he was very friendly as well. I decided to decline the extras and he respected my decision and the signing of paperwork went very smooth. Ben did an excellent job detailing my car, answering my questions, meeting my needs, and explaining me the functions. I am a happy customer and feel like part of the Lexus family. Before I left I made sure to let Ben and Dave know how appreciative I was with their outstanding customer service. Truly top notch and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. I will be utilizing their car wash Saturdays and their service department. Lexus makes great cars and great people sell them. Next time I need a new car I will be looking for Ben. He's friendly, respects your decisions, delivers on promises, and just great to work with. Keep up the great work! More
