Oil Change & Filter 1 hours scheduled (2.5 Hours Taken???) I have no issue with DCH Service all were very friendly and the work seems to be fine. My issue is I was exactly on time for my appointment and was to I have no issue with DCH Service all were very friendly and the work seems to be fine. My issue is I was exactly on time for my appointment and was told it would take an hour when in fact it took 2-1/2 hours. Yes, it was Sunday and I can understand being short handed but please do not be open and schedule a full weekend Service Schedule and then tell me it will take one hour (which is more than enough time on an oil change) and make me wait 2-1/2 hours! More

Every effort to maximize customer service I had gone back to DCH Wappingers to correct an issue that occurred. The manager, Benjamin Carlson, recognized the issue and with no battle, promptly I had gone back to DCH Wappingers to correct an issue that occurred. The manager, Benjamin Carlson, recognized the issue and with no battle, promptly agreed to take care of the problem. When I did go back and the repair person was delayed for my appointment, Mr. Carlson provided me with a loaner car to do the errands I needed to do on my day off. This effort meant a lot to me. What I like the most is that he did this with no discussion ..he just offered a solution that he himself would have expected in this circumstance. Dena Ramondo in service was also very patient, helpful and kind during my experience. For me, getting the same customer service you would want if you were in the same position..is the way to make any customer happy. Thanks so much DCH...I am a very satisfied customer!!! More
