Great Service and price - 2005 ToyotaTacoma Mike Giordano-assistant service manager initially gave me information on how to get my truck over to the dealership for repairs and took down all of Mike Giordano-assistant service manager initially gave me information on how to get my truck over to the dealership for repairs and took down all of the information to start a "Repair Order". My disabled Tacoma truck was then towed to the dealership for repairs. Assistant service manager -Kathleen Crosbie came outside and instructed the tow truck driver to place my truck close to the service shop entrance. The truck was looked at in short order and I was called with the price and parts needed to make the necessary repairs to the vehicle. It needed a new alternator and serpentine belt. The price was a little more than I had expected to spend and when I mentioned this they looked at the possibility of using an after-marked part instead. They found a replacement which has a Limited life-time warranty at a greatly reduced cost. Thank you Kathleen! Service Manager - Ben Carlson helped Kathleen find the best deal under these circumstances. Thank you Ben! Master Service Technician - Dave Church, as always, did a great job assessing the problem and then making the necessary repairs. Thank you Dave! Great I was extremely satisfied with DCH Toyota. Unfortunately I was extremely unsatisfactied with the service call center. They gave me the wrong informa I was extremely satisfied with DCH Toyota. Unfortunately I was extremely unsatisfactied with the service call center. They gave me the wrong information, therefore I couldn’t pick up my car until the next day. Many thanks to Ben for explaining this to me. Please bring bCk the days when we called DCH Wappingers that we actually got a person that works at DCH Wappingers. Not someone who works in Florida. So sad! More

To begin with, I spoke to Tom Hackett on the phone and it was easy to get a convenient appointment time to bring my car in for service.. I then received a confirmation email with the date, time, and the reason for the appointment. It also showed the name of the service technician I had requested, Dave Church. The management and employees who work there always give me their best effort to make me a satisfied customer. When you really come down to it, the one person who has for the past 15 years been the technician who I have requested to work on my vehicles is Dave Church. He is excellent and I never have to worry if a repair is be done correctly, very reassuring. More

11 year old Toyota Tundra continues under warranty Josephine Nikolla, assistant service manager, hand held me thru a difficult problem with a replaced frame for my truck. The frame was still under war Josephine Nikolla, assistant service manager, hand held me thru a difficult problem with a replaced frame for my truck. The frame was still under warranty (sic) therefore there was no charge for the replacement. In addition, Ms Nikolla suggested additional parts to be paid by me for a discount over normal cost. Since the replaced parts were 11 years old, it represented a substantial discount versus regular costs. Fine job for the others who worked on the truck. I am a satisfied customer since 1985 of Wappingers Falls, New York dealership. Again, thank you all for the employees who worked on the truck that i did not mention. More
