Simple, pretty painless. I had filled out the financing ahead of time and was contacted immediately to see when/if I was going to be coming in. The individual reached out to me the next morning awaiting my arrival. We looked at a few different models with all the different color combos etc. Picked one and drove! Went in for the numbers chat we agreed on and moved forward with the buy! We arrived at 8:40 AM and were out by 11:50! It was my first new car buying experience and I was overall very pleased. More

Trimming off calloused expectations I arrived with the expectation that sharks would swarm at my presence, ripping me apart for anything they could use to sell me something. In realit I arrived with the expectation that sharks would swarm at my presence, ripping me apart for anything they could use to sell me something. In reality, Ben, my salesman just led me to what I wanted to see. He provided me the knowledge about the cars I sat in, and let them sell themselves. He didn’t push, and he didn’t try to reel me in. It was totally on me, he was just a guide. When it came down to giving numbers and info, he was quick to direct me to the trim that fit my budget and expectation. A bit calloused, I test drove the others; but I came right back to my first choice. More

These folks are AWESOME. Appointment to install Auto Armor was made quickly and efficiently to fit my schedule. Pamela at the service counter greeted me cheerfully with no wai Appointment to install Auto Armor was made quickly and efficiently to fit my schedule. Pamela at the service counter greeted me cheerfully with no wait. I asked how long it would take, she answered 2 hours. BUT she arranged for a courtesy ride home, called when the install done and my driver was on his way back to get me, about 20 minutes short of the 2 hours. Note: This was on a Monday, with the shop closed the day before so it had to be a high traffic day. This tells me they had an appropriate number of techs on board. My installation was done perfectly. I'm 68, have owned a ton of cars, and this was the best service I've ever experienced. I love the car, loved the low pressure and helpful approach of my salesman Ben, and the service was top notch. Bear in mind I had already purchased this installation when I bought the car, so they weren't making one thin dime extra from me that day, but I still got the total VIP treatment. Couldn't be happier. More
