So, once the deal was agreed upon, the trip to the dealership to pick up the car was a waste of time because we had to find another car. Once a replacement vehicle was found, had to come back a few days later. Not a huge deal, but it was an annoyance. Salesman was great, worked extra hard to make it right. More

Upon arrival we were greeted by Frank Povis who promptly brought around the Gray Tuscon we wanted to test drive. Frank was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, answering all of our questions, including the ones we didn't ask, but needed answers for. With a little coaxing from the store manager, we decided to end our test driving at Dean Team and purchase the Tuscon, largely as a result of the great service we had received. The financing piece with Adam could not have been easier, I may even go so far as to say it was enjoyable. We are so happy with our Tucson and either the exceptional service we received from Frank and the rest of the folks at Dean Team. More
