The Dean Team put together a very competitive package which included working with the price of the car, a few trinkets for the car, and a very competitive financial package. All & all, it was a smooth transaction and I am very comfortable recommending the Dean Team for your next car purchase. I also highly recommend you talk with Ben French when that time comes. Phenomenal Buying Experience Several weeks ago my husband and I purchased a new 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Dean Hyundai in Ballwin, MO. We love the car. But we loved even more the Several weeks ago my husband and I purchased a new 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Dean Hyundai in Ballwin, MO. We love the car. But we loved even more the whole sales, financing, and servicing experience. Ben French was our sales person. He was knowledgeable not only about the Sonata's specs, but also the Elantra's and the Genesis'. He was patient and listened well to our questions, answering every one of them in customer friendly, understanding language. Effective salesman that he is, Ben struck with us just the right balance, allowing us time to process his information yet simultaneously helping us move toward making a decision to buy. It was easy to see that Ben has good instincts for customers as well as being well trained and mentored. Our experience with financing the Sonata was as excellent. Scott Varnum was personable and also "knew his stuff". He outlined the financing process as well as detailing the options available to us. He gained our confidence when he" delivered" the best options in a timely, competent, and efficient manner. We like this in the person who is dealing with our money :-) Furthermore, so far, everything Scott said about the dealership's great service department has been correct. The service manager did a fantastic job of orienting us to the car upon delivery. A follow-up visit to better understand the android phone and and car synching went just as well. All in all, our experience with the Dean Hyundai Team has been phenomenal. This is probably the 12th car my husband and I have purchased in our lifetime, so we have many other experiences to compare with this one! At Dean, everyone "on the floor" of the dealership was helpful. Each person was willing to "go that extra mile" to help or get us to a colleague who could help. They were a team, but also seemed like a caring family. Most importantly, they made us feel like we joined their family.....the Dean Auto Family. So far, we have been pleased to become part of that "family". We think that in any venue, extraordinary service should be recognized. We hope Hyundai has established a way to do this. Nord62014 More

The sales consultant (Ben) did a very nice job showing off the different vehicles and options, and when I came around the first time to just drive, he weren't pushy at all trying to get a sale. Ben offered up a vehicle to take home for a day so everyone could check it out, which was very nice. Once I had decided on a Hyundai, Ben did a great job trying to find me exactly what I was looking for, and was able to find both the trim level and color I was looking for. The dealership offered a very fair price that really didn't require much negotiation at all, and did it in a pretty timely fashion. The dealership building isn't much to look at, and is not as plush as many of the other dealerships on Manchester. However, the people there were very good and it's easy enough to overlook their facility. More

This was by far my best experience with a car dealer. The price was negotiated over email prior to me seeing the vehicle so no pressure at the dealership over price. Adam, Ben, and Scott couldn't have been any nicer. The whole process went smoothly and I felt no pressure to purchase any extras even though I did decide to purchase a few of them. I had a hard stop time due to a meeting that evening and Ben even offered to drop my vehicle off at my home so it was there waiting for me when I got home. I highly recommend anyone going to this dealership for the purchase of a new vehicle. The experience was very pleasurable considering the amount of money you end up dropping buying a brand new vehicle. I would go back to them in a heartbeat! -Todd More

I was in Colorado Springs, CO visiting my 90 year old father and decided it was time for a new car. The car I was driving was a 2000 Camry with 230,000 miles on it. It is still a great car and probably has at least another 1000 miles on it but little inexpensive inconvenient things were starting to occur. My last purchase of a NEW car was in 1973 when I got a Buick LaSabre. Since then I'd always purchased pre-oned and usually from an individual. I contacted Auto bytel and soon had five dealers contacting me. All were good low pressure but Ben French at Dean Team was by far the best. Ben made sure I got the best price and the exact car I wanted. I did the whole process via e-mail and phone calls and never met Ben or Adam until I picked up the car. I did not have a trade in and was paying cash. Ben even told me I could put up to $3000 on a credit card to get points and it would still be a cash sale. THE IRONIC THING IS, I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT DEAN TEAM SEVERAL YEARS AGO WHEN I MY WIFE AND I WERE LOOKING FOR A NEW /USED CAR FOR HER AND I SWORE MY SHADOW WOULD NEVERDARKEN THEIR DOORWAY AGAIN.
