I recently totaled my car and went to Ciocca to purchase a new Outback. John and his colleagues had me in and out in less than two hours driving away with a brand new 2021 Subaru Outback. After 260,000 miles and zero breakdowns or major repairs, our beloved 2011 Outback was totaled. We have been loyal customers of this dealership since 1998 (back to when it was Beckers). It was nice to see some familiar faces when we arrived. Andrew Scille quickly got us in the cars we wanted to drive, and helped us through the buying process, which went smoothly. Two months later, we decided that there was some equipment that our Premium didnt have, and since we keep our cars long term, I called and spoke with Jason Dutsch and explained my situation. He reviewed their inventory, and made the deal to trade a 2020, on another 2020, as painless as possible. I feel like Andrew Scille and Jason Dutsch went the extra mile to keep me a happy Ciocca customer, and I would recommend both of them to friends and family alike. More

Greg made this such a great experience, that he not only converted me into a Subaru advocate, but also a proud customer of Ciocca. After a previous positive experience with Greg when my fiancé was lookin converted me into a Subaru advocate, but also a proud customer of Ciocca. After a previous positive experience with Greg when my fiancé was looking for a new car, I knew who exactly to reach out to when my lease was up on my Ram 1500. Greg walked me through what’s involved with the lease turn-in process. Within an hour, I had test drove a 2020 Subaru Outback Premium. Shortly thereafter my Ram 1500 was appraised, and then we began the paperwork for the Outback. Greg was able to make this such a positive and stress-free process. At no point in time did I feel like I was being pressured into a sale, which is a relief after negative experiences with other local dealerships. Ben did a fantastic job of educating me on the process of leasing a Subaru and what programs/add-ons that Ciocca offers. He was patient and attentive, and ultimately provided me with a lease program that worked within my budget, but also offered me peace of mind with all of the coverage and benefits associated with it. I expected the 'big dealer' attitude but received something completely different. I am very very pleased with my experience at Ciocca and especially with our salesperson Alyssa Bragg. Alyssa was a 'no nonsense' person who respected my time to trade my 2016 Outback Premium for a fair value and drive off in a new 2020 Outback Limited. I challenged Alyssa to get me the fair value for my trade in....and she did to our satisfaction!! When arranging financing, Ben Walsh was BY FAR the best finance manager I have ever dealt with in my many years of financing cars. Ben took the time to explain all the options and was able to satisfy us in our financing, bringing the monthly cost of the car to what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Alyssa Bragg and Ben Walsh to friends if they are in the market for a Subaru...and recommend Ciocca Subaru as a great dealership! More
