Very poor in getting back to me about my x5 status. I asked if the repair will take longer than 3 days please advise me because I will need a loaner car. I call after 4 days and go no response back. It took Rallye 2 more days to get back to me after I contacted my sales representative and Norberto was able to get back to me. It took 2 weeks to fix my 2025 x5. Poorly done!!!!! More

He would not walk out of the showroom, so I could see possible vehicles that might interest me. Still would not show me anything, and was more interested in me keeping my vehicle. So I said since you won’t show me anything I am leaving. I have to say it is a blessing in disguise. Now I am happily driving a 2025 Porsche, where I am treated appropriately and would continue to go to Porsche again. Thank you Bert for your laziness, lack of work ethic, and unprofessional. More
