I definitely know my way around the auto industry, which is always a great thing for my customers. I believe in providing smart, reliable, and honest service that keeps clients happy. This is why I have such a great customer base. I am passionate about my clients, as well as the BMW brand. Some of my favorite hobbies include fishing, boating, and hiking. Very poor in getting back to me about my x5 status. I asked if the repair will take longer than 3 days please advise me because I will need a loaner car. I call after 4 days and go no response back. It took Rallye 2 more days to get back to me after I contacted my sales representative and Norberto was able to get back to me. It took 2 weeks to fix my 2025 x5. Poorly done!!!!! More

Let’s start I park my current 2020 M series looking to turn it in, receptionist very professional. Have an appointment with Bert Vargas, and this is where it all goes downhill. He would not walk out of the showroom, so I could see possible vehicles that might interest me. Still would not show me anything, and was more interested in me keeping my vehicle. So I said since you won’t show me anything I am leaving. I have to say it is a blessing in disguise. Now I am happily driving a 2025 Porsche, where I am treated appropriately and would continue to go to Porsche again. Thank you Bert for your laziness, lack of work ethic, and unprofessional. More

This is I think the 6th car I've leased at Rallye, with the same salesman, Bert Vargas. What I like about Rallye is that they never play games.
