Unprofessional, Arrogant At Germain Honda of Dublin, we go the extra mile for each and every one of our guests. That was not my experience with the dealership. I had negotiated my price for a new honda accord and went in to finalize the sale. I dealt with Derek Barnes who was to send the sale agreement to my financing, and all this time he did not mention that they did not have the car on the lot .After my financing had completed all the paperwork and gave the ok for the car to be delivered, Derek send an email to say that the car is in transit and they do not have an ETA on delivery. A week later due to lack of updates and communication from them.Derek replied that he still did not have an ETA and there is nothing they could do. I politely asked them whether they were willing to give me a loaner as i did not have any means of transportation to go to work and they replied that they cannot do that. In my frustration i requested to speak to the manager Bill Alston, who was very arrogant rude,kept on yelling on the phone and was very unprofessional. I even asked him why he was yelling at me and i was not yelling at him. He also asked me to change the color of the car i wanted. They also kept on claiming due to COVID-19 they can do nothing. My point is if they knew that the car was not on their lot or as the put it "in transit" they would have saved me time,money and bad customer service. Germain Honda of Dublin, i am very disappointed by your lack of professionalism and courtesy. I ended up canceling the sale. Word of caution deal with Germain Honda of Dublin at your own peril. More

Great experience I leased my new Honda Civic in about 30 minutes. Kathleen the internet manager was my first point of contact and she was fast to respond to all of my questions. Bill Alston greeted me at the door and got the ball rolling. Stephanie Hausherr did all the heavy lifting, getting my new car ready and answering all of my questions. She was great. Not sure who the finance guy was, but he was great also! During my new car search I was in contact with 6 different dealerships looking for the best deal on my new car. Three of those were Germain-owned. All 3 were by far the best at responding to my questions and offering transparent pricing. I went with Germain Honda because they quoted and delivered the lowest monthly payment. And then they delivered with outstanding customer service. Thanks everyone!! More

Sales manager came over an expressed they wouldn’t come down on price because the car was going to sell no matter what then pretty much asked me to leave. You want a Honda, go to a different dealership because that’s what the sales manager will tell you to do! Buying a car is not a fun experience to begin with, Why deal with people that want to belittle you and talk down to you. As our Sales Consultant explained multiple times prior to you arriving at the dealership, we do not allow test drives on the Type R and it is a nonnegotiable vehicle. Aside from the test drive, the Type R is priced to move for the demand as it is a limited production vehicle.
