I asked about a problem with my navigation system. Was told they would look at it. I don't know if they did. It's not on my receipt and no one from maintenance talked me, I just paid my bill to a cash Was told they would look at it. I don't know if they did. It's not on my receipt and no one from maintenance talked me, I just paid my bill to a cashier and left. It would be nice to talk to someone who services my vehicle before I leave. Also, I was told my vehicle would be detailed each time it was brought in for service, neither time the detailer was there. Do I have to schedule service on a certain day to get this perk? More

They changed my oil. I dropped the car off and picked it up the next day. very easy system. You need a better way to do an after hours pickup. I did ask for the keys to be left inside. But not sure if its even possible to lock it with them in it. More
