They changed my mind! ! I have steered away from Gateway for years based on opinions of others. They happened to have the 2023 Rogue I wanted in stock so I gave it a try. ! I have steered away from Gateway for years based on opinions of others. They happened to have the 2023 Rogue I wanted in stock so I gave it a try. IMPRESSED is an understatement. They treated me so well-there was no pressure and numbers were up front and honest from the get go. No haggling. I opted to lease and a day later decided I wanted to buy instead. They accommodated and drew up the new paperwork with no issue or complaint. At other dealerships it is obvious as a woman when you are being treated differently. I didn’t experience any of that at Gateway. Bill, Nick and Chris were customer focused and easy to work with. Will be back next time I’m in the market for a new ride!!! More
