As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff members who guided me into the service department. Once I met with my service advisor -Moises Marante- I knew I had arrived at a dealership where I can do long-term business with, as Moises demonstrated exceptional professionalism and technical expertise in BMW vehicles.
