Bill Fairgrieve has the advantage of years of experience in the industry. He made it easy to buy the Ranger I wanted. After the sale he insisted I return so that he could completely go over the Ranger Laria in the industry. He made it easy to buy the Ranger I wanted. After the sale he insisted I return so that he could completely go over the Ranger Lariat I purchased. He made it is easy to understand all of the extra equipment available to me. He made sure that I understood everything before he took me on a tour of the workshop to show me the behind-the-scenes. After Cabo he again pushed me to ask him any questions that I had. He wouldn't let me go until I was happy that all of my queries had been answered. He also introduced me to the service manager I will be dealing with in the future when I come in for my free oil changes and service.. I like this dealership. Bill gave me a good feeling that I had made the right decision on choosing both my new vehicle along with the dealership that I chose to do business with. Bill is a great representative for Larson Ford. More

Best Car Dealer!!! I chose Larson Ford because it is a family owned dealership and I liked The personal attention they gave me. My salesman was Billy Fairgrieve and he I chose Larson Ford because it is a family owned dealership and I liked The personal attention they gave me. My salesman was Billy Fairgrieve and he couldn’t have been nicer. He was extremely accommodating and assisted me in purchasing the exact car that I wanted. I was not in a position to drive the car home so he delivered it to my House for me. He came back a few days later and went through all of the features in the car and how to use them. He always says to call him if I need anything and I believe he means it. I would recommend Larson Ford and Billy Fairgrieve to anyone Looking to purchase a Ford. More

Pretty good. I did some car searches online. They had what we were looking for. We made an appointment. Checked out the car and bought it. My next stop was a BMW I did some car searches online. They had what we were looking for. We made an appointment. Checked out the car and bought it. My next stop was a BMW dealership. We canceled that appointment. I only gave 4 stars for service. Three tire stem caps were missing. No biggie Four stars for the price could have been a little ...little lower. More

Bill Fairgrieve has been our salesman for severa We’ve been using Larson Ford for about 15 years. What keeps us coming back is the customer service. Bill Fairgrieve has been our salesman for several of our cars. I was so happy to see he was back! He’s personable not pushy and he has a great sense of humor that makes the experience enjoyable. I just stopped in and another salesman Chris helped me until Bill was free. He showed me several cars and when I didn’t see exactly what I was looking for he searched the computer to find one that had what I wanted. My husband works nights so he doesn’t have much time during the day and our schedules rarely sync up. I go in & pick out the car and Bill does most of the paperwork over the phone with my husband. All he has to go in and sign for it making the experience painless for him. I picked up the car later that day and Bill answered everyone of my questions about all of the new tech in my car, about an hour. He was very patient with me. They also have a top notch service department tI! I highly recommend Larson Ford and especially Bill Fairgrieve. More
