Than interpret them and review what he has written down for a job ticket. A fair accurate assessment of time needed and estimated expenses was given. Both of which on this visit were actually less than estimated. A little thing I did enjoy the free popcorn offered in the clean waiting area. Did not expect that. I will continue to utilizing Colonial VW for my 3 cars. More
