I told her that my salesman showed me all of the features on my new truck (very helpful since I've never owned a vehicle with a nav system), and introduced me to everyone in the service center that I might come in contact with in the future. She was shocked. She still doesn't know how to change the settings in her car. The follow-up and friendliness were greatly appreciated. More
