Excellent service and very impressed with our Sales agent. I have been shopping around for a new car. My lease was coming up for expiration and I had to make some decisions. I had stopped in the auto imports in Muskegon, Michigan a few months back and was extremely impressed with the sales agent, Shadrick Hawley. I grabbed his business card and told him I was going to shop around and get back to him. I did just that. I stopped in several dealerships in Grand Rapids and was not impressed with any of them. I decided to give Shadrick a call and told him I would be stopping in their dealership and wanted to explore options. As it turns out we had one of the worst snow storms that night and Shadric stayed late to accommodate me and he was very patient. He did such a phenomenal job that I decided to give him my business and lease a car from him. I will recommend others to him and will definitely recommend this dealership. They are doing something right! Thank you Shadrick!!! More
