I am handing down my 2001 Toyota Highlander (it STILL has a lot of life in it) to our 18 year-old son so I needed a “new” vehicle for myself. Regan Taylor provided his exceptional customer service AGAIN (we purchased a 2018 Camry for my wife back in October from Regan). This 2006 Tundra makes the 4th Toyota I’ve owned (all purchased from MyAuto) and I know I will be back for another Toyota one of these days down the road when the need arises. I only hope Regan is still at MyAuto when that time comes. Every experience I have at this dealership exceeds my expectations. Their sales team is THE BEST and the service team makes sure they get it right and have me leaving with a smile on my face. I did cancel the order, and, when the vehicle came in much sooner than expected the dealer contacted me and we renegotiated the sale price of the vehicle with additional compensation for the frustration I endured over the delayed delivery. The salesperson treated me with respect and was very patient, answering all my questions and following up with me throughout the sale, including an after sales phone call to check if all was as expected and asked if I had any other questions. He also reminded me to stop by any time and they would review all the technical details and answer questions I might have. More

From front door to out the door, incredibly genuine people. We came on the ferry from Wisconsin (recommended from someone at your dealership who used to work there). I was skeptical since we only saw pictures o We came on the ferry from Wisconsin (recommended from someone at your dealership who used to work there). I was skeptical since we only saw pictures of what would be my daughters first car purchase. Roy assured me that the car was as nice as the pictures and put my mind at ease through the many conversations (9pm even). Roy had an associate pick us up at the ferry with my daughters car and she test drove it to the dealership and fell in love with it. He answered all my questions and we felt he was truly genuine, caring, and compassionate through the process. He made sure my daughter was comfortable and he was very sincere when talking to her about her job and her own life. He reassured us that he is there for us if we need anything, even an oil change if we are ever in the area.
