Katelyn and her team made the used car buying experience collaborative, a rare and shining customer service gem of an experience these days! Katelyn was professional, friendly, and made me feel heard. She and Bill in Finance were courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Behind the scenes, management, support staff and the Service Department contributed positively to my overall positive assessment of the dealership’s execution on quality and service principles. The couple of vehicle specific questions that Katelyn didn’t have immediate answers to, she researched, and provided comprehensive and timely answers. Time is traditionally a negative factor in buying a used car - not the case here: I felt neither rushed nor like the negotiating process was drawn out unduly. I did significant research prior to trading in my Jeep Wrangler for the Lexus NX350, and do feel that a fair transaction occurred for both parties. Thank you, Katelyn and Team. Rather than leaving the dealership exhausted as has at times occurred in the past, I was exhilarated to jump into my new ride for the drive home. And let me just add that the car looks great in the garage! :) More
