I am equally grateful and impressed by/with my experience with Erik Blad and the Campbell Ford dealership of Niles, Michigan. My sister and her husband met Erik during their car search, and even though their search took them a different direction, Erik Blad left such a great impression on them that they immediately recommended him to me during my car search. There is no question that Erik Blad has the "It" factor, and it made all the difference to my car buying experience. He was so kind, patient, informative, and supportive in my search and purchase that the entire experience, the entire process was seamless and positive from start to finish. My post-sale/purchase experience has been just as impressive as members of the Service Center (Jacob and Michael) showed the same level of care and standard of excellence in working with me. In the short two weeks of joining the Campbell Ford dealership family, my sister and I have recommended Erik and this dealership to two of our closest friends. I love my new-to-me Ford Escape, and I am looking forward to a lasting partnership with this dealership, with Erik, and with the entire team. Katelyn is very knowledgeable about Ford’s offerings such as warranties and incentives. She explains them thoroughly. She is why I choose Campbell Ford to help me buy out my lease.
