I absolutely don't recommend Campbell Ford I had to deal with so many people I couldn't tell who the salesman was.The car was scratched on almost every fender they said they would make it look like new the with so many people I couldn't tell who the salesman was.The car was scratched on almost every fender they said they would make it look like new the next day they lied.I had multiple problems with this dealership like trying to get a second set of keys. getting the scratches fixed and them sending me to Elkhart to get work done to car because they said they couldn't get my vehicle in a timely matter I had to wait 5 hours at that place to get the work done.and a couple months after buying the vehicle I received a letter from their warranty company saying that my so called 7 year bumper to bumper coverage has changed they won't cover everything on the warranty due to the inflation/prices More

Literally the best car buying experience I've ever had! I found this car online, and I live in GEORGIA and never even met the staff and they out performed ANY IN HOUSE dealership I've ever experienced. My sales rep Kait is the BEST and the experience was genuine, informative, and even through shipping delays (NONE OF THEIR FAULT) they stayed patient and kept me informed!!! I even got a hand written thank you note in my amazing car!!! The price was WONDERFUL, Bill was great on the financing end and I will continue buying me cars from them, even from 800 miles away! You won't go wrong with this dealership! Trust me! More
