Sales People make the biggest differenc , Go FUZZ I was pre- approved through Scott Credit Union, I found two Audi's that I was considering... the two cars were basically the same down to the color.. Your sales manager Doug Darr, who I never met, moved a little on price but was unwilling to match the price of the other car...The real difference for me was FUZZ, He is an exceptional sales person, and a true asset to your company.. After deciding to purchase your car from Fuzz, your finance Lady insisted that I complete an application and submit to a credit check, when she could have used my SS# to look up my pre approval with Scott Credit Union... after about three hours Stacey Thornton came out and told me that I would have to complete an application and submit to a credit check for them to complete my paperwork at the dealership.. I had to go back to the credit union and have them complete the paperwork and issue a check... More
