Excellent I woke up and decided I was tired of mini vans and black vehicles. I had excellent customer service for repairs done on my old car so I decided to giv I woke up and decided I was tired of mini vans and black vehicles. I had excellent customer service for repairs done on my old car so I decided to give their sales a try. I went on line and pre-qualified, then went around just browsing the lot. Bill “Fuzz” Steinlage saw me and asked what I was looking for. I told I told him, “ I want don’t want a mini-van or anything black or dark colored”. I need remote start, room for 5 ( including 2 car seats) and the ability to carry something large if I needed too. He said ok, found me a nice red Arcadia with what I wanted plus more. Bob Schneider hooked me up with the best financing and I drove home in my new SUV after work the next day. This was the best, easy and friendliest vehicle purchase I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend my guys to everyone. More

Warranty Rep[air My new Malibu just stopped working one day. I had driven it earlier in the day, but when I tried to start it, the engine would not even turn over and My new Malibu just stopped working one day. I had driven it earlier in the day, but when I tried to start it, the engine would not even turn over and gave a message engine power reduced. This was bad because I use the car in my job. When I called Jim Butler Chevy, they said to have it towed in. When we got there, they didn't have a rental available. They helped me out by loaning me a car until a rental became available, so I didn't have to miss any work at all because i ddin't have a car. They got the car repaired in a couple of days and it's working fine now. More

The employees are very nice I had to wait awhile in my truck with my 11 month old before talking to a service tech. And didn’t see the tech I normally deal with. Dalton kiley hel I had to wait awhile in my truck with my 11 month old before talking to a service tech. And didn’t see the tech I normally deal with. Dalton kiley helped me and got the job done. My wife and I also looked at a Tahoe and fuzz was happy to show it to us and gave all the info we was after and wasn’t pushy. I like that in a salesman. We are torn about buying another vehicle for Jim Butler because of when we bought out 2016 2500 hd there were some things that were supposed to be taken care of but seemed to be forgotten about. More
