Purchasing a new Highlander with trade-in Summit Toyota began our experience with introductions by the sales manager to the inventory manager Tim Treadway. There was no 'pressure' or arm twisting. Tim immediately offered us a car to test drive that met the specifications we had outlined. He was friendly yet very professional. Mr. Treadway discussed many options and various upgrades but accepted our decisions on each matter. We purchased a new Highlander, our fourth, and couldn't be more happy with the entire day. We will return to Summit Toyota mainly because of our recent experience with Tim Treadway. More

The entire process was as good as it gets and when we need a second new car--although who knows how long it will be because my 2006 Toyota Camry that has over 214,000 miles on it runs like new--we will only go to Summit. More

I was treated with personal care in a professional manner. My issues were heard and understood. I didn't have to 'fight' to get the deal, everything moved forward quickly without issue, and I am at the monthly payment I needed in a nicer car than I had anticipated I could afford. I am the happy owner of a 2016 RAV4 and I love it. More
