We would not have done that had it not been for Phil Savrine's patience and no pressure approach. He spent quite a few hours with us showing us all the options. Otto Cadillac is awesome! They informed me of several issues and printed me out a report. At no time did they even try to get me to have their department do the work, it was done just cause they cared. I in turn asked to look at what they had in pre owned and Declan showed me a few that would fit my budget. with in a few days I drove away on a new pre owned ATS.! This would not have happened if it were not for the courteous service I received from OTTO and its AMAZING TEAM!! Thank you so much! More
