Even though the customer service was good, I had to wait about a month to get my car fixed. After spending $3000 I had to bring my car back because it said my engine was running hot. Service Advisers appear to not speak to each other, when one is off no one tracks his vehicles that are in service. I was not told my vehicle needed a battery nor was their online system updated.
