While looking for a new Odyssey, we first checked out all the dealerships on the internet and were able to view the new vehicle stocks and Herb Chambers had the largest selection. We then shopped around at a number of Honda dealerships. Herb Chambers of Seekonk turned out to the best for not only price, but for service too. Our out-the-door cost, considering the price of the new vehicle and our trade-in was lowest at Herb Chambers. That price was only the beginning of this great buying experience. The friendly and helpful service that was given to us was terrific. Our main sales person was Mohamed, who was very polite and worked with us through the whole process. He was very patient and attentive to all our questions. We never felt rushed – he worked at our pace. He took care of getting everything done, from registration, to prep and delivery of car. Always working with us and keeping us informed. The financing was taken care of by Bill. He did a great job explaining the large pile of paperwork that is required when purchasing a car. His explanations were simple and straight forward and he did not pressure us into buying all the extras. We were able to carefully consider everything and only purchase what we needed. Bill also took the extra effort with some additional paperwork for us. On the day the Odyssey was being delivered, Mohamed was there even though it was his day off. He wanted to make sure everything went well and we were happy. Kevin was the person who explained how everything worked in the car. The manuals were quite thick but Kevin was able to make sense of them for us. After that, we went out the vehicle for a hands-on training session that lasted over two hours. Kevin went into detail every feature of the car and explained not only how to operate it, but why and the best possible way to. He wanted us to get the most out of all the features and did a terrific job in teaching us. The new cars of today have lots of features and are more complicated than any of our previous vehicles; however, Kevin’s tutorial made it all seem simple. The buying experience at Herb Chambers was great and we have a great vehicle. Thank you to Mohamed, Bill, and Kevin for a well done job. More

We first meet the Herb Chambers Team on 9/04/2010 when we bought our first Honda vehicle CRV. We have had nothing but great experiences everytime that we have gone to the dealership from the first purchase t bought our first Honda vehicle CRV. We have had nothing but great experiences everytime that we have gone to the dealership from the first purchase that we made through all of the services in the past 2 years. On 9/5/12 I was caught in a flash flood. We found out that we didn't have towing or rental on our insurance policy. This in turn left us with no vehicle. When we called Herb Chambers this is when they went above and beyond. They were able to get us a loaner car the following day. We then found out that our car was a total loss. So this starts the process of purchasing a new vehicle all over again. Herb Chambers stepped it up again and made it easy for us and made it fun for our 7 year old. We give a special thanks to Scott, Maged and Bill for all there help and assistants through out this entire process. This is best dealership We have ever delt with by far. More

My salesman was John Henriques who was a pleasure to deal with. There was never any pressure to buy. John was very low key and seemed genuinely interested in making me happy and comfortable with my decision on a new car. He encouraged me to take my time and test drive all cars I was interested in and return when I was ready. When it was time to negotiate a price we settled quickly on a fair price which showed me that Herb Chambers respects knowledgeable customers. I also dealt with Bill Panaccione, the finance manager, who was also pleasant and patiently explained my options on additional items like an extended warranty and Lo-Jack, etc. Again this was done without pressure or over selling. This dealership seems to have a philosophy of making less on a transaction is ok because they want to be a sales volume leader and have happy repeat customers. The best customer is not one who you make an extra dollar from but rather one who returns for future sales! Thanks to John, Bill, and the entire Herb Chambers Honda staff. P.S. I LOVE my new CR-V. I had visited eight or more dealerships in my quest for a compact car. Based on the Internet, I decided to give Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk a shot. Upon walking in the dealership, I was promptly introduce compact car. Based on the Internet, I decided to give Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk a shot. Upon walking in the dealership, I was promptly introduced to Paul Russo (Sales). We sat down and he listened to what I wanted. He also explained the Herb Chambers history and philosophy. We test drove a 2011 Insight. Paul put me at ease, was very friendly and as a potential customer, he provided me with a terrific level of service. I returned two more times and test drove two different models. Paul was patient and was very specific with the differences between the different cars. One time when Paul was not available, John Henriques assisted me with questions as he indicated they all work together as a team. Again, the friendliness and overall experience continued to be consistently great. Lastly, when I decided to purchase, the negotiating was comfortable and we agreed on a fair price. Completing the paperwork was easy. I then met with the Finance Manager, Bill Panaccione. He clearly communicated all the options in a comfortable, informative manner. Bill continued to exhibit the Herb Chambers philosophy of being number one in Customer Service. In closing, the entire experience was great. The staff was friendly, customer service excellent and the price was right. Thanks to the entire Herb Chambers team for enabling me to purchase the 2011 Honda Insight. I was familiar with the dealership but had not shopped there. We decided to give it a try and were introduced to Jose in Sales as soon as we came through the door. He listened to what we wanted and then there. We decided to give it a try and were introduced to Jose in Sales as soon as we came through the door. He listened to what we wanted and then led us to exactly what we had described. We decided to negotiate a sale with him and were pleasantly surprised by his easy going approach. He provided info when we asked and left us alone when we wanted to speak privately. We came to terms in a very short time and my wife and I walked away feeling that we had gotten a fair deal. We picked up the car, clean and prepped, the next evening. Jose was not available that day but they had Dave give us the training session. He was great. We finished off with the finance person (unfortunately I have forgotten his name) and were again impressed with the combination of professionalism and friemndliness we encountered. All in all, a much better than expected experience. I will recommend Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk without hesitation. More
