Bill is awesome to work with and is great at communication. I trust him and that is why I come back to this dealer for service. However the time to get my car back from getting fixed for anythin communication. I trust him and that is why I come back to this dealer for service. However the time to get my car back from getting fixed for anything has never been a quick process. I called on a Tuesday to schedule a brake pad replacement. My frustration that on Friday of my appointment the parts department didn’t have front brake pads. It’s always more than one day for my car to be serviced. I figured if I gave notice Tuesday to Friday you’d have pads. I would understand if it was rotors. The only plus is the Mache doesn’t need a lot of service. I’d never buy another Ford car though. I love my mache but dread whenever it needs to be serviced. Personally I feel there needs to be better planning. I mentioned my car was stuttering when I was braking. It definitely meant pads. Be prepared and order pads ahead of time. It’s not Bills or the person working on my car’s fault. It may not even be the part’s manager’s fault. However, it’s Fords fault. I’ve owned 6 Ford’s before this one and never had a part issue in Vermont. Is it a Chicago thing or is this the new Ford? The question will be do I go back to Subaru after this car or stick with Ford??? In a year I’ll have to figure that out. More

I had to create a last minute appointment due to my battery needing to be replaced before the negative temperatures hit. I was not able to go so my mom took the vehicle in for me. She was super happy w battery needing to be replaced before the negative temperatures hit. I was not able to go so my mom took the vehicle in for me.
