After researching the “new” 2013 Ford Focus I was much impressed with the reviews. I visited Jannell Ford, took a test drive and went home to “think it over”. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by impressed with the reviews. I visited Jannell Ford, took a test drive and went home to “think it over”. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by telephone from Jannell but never felt pressured to make a purchase as they simply stated they would like to work with me to meet my needs. I subsequently visited another Ford dealer and had a most unpleasant experience with unrealistic prices and considerable pressure to have me make a quick decision. Returning to Jannell I worked with Bill Pellagrini who could not have been more helpful and patient without being pushy. In consultation with Eddie Clark, the Sales Manager, they came up with an extremely reasonable price and trade in value for my old car. Both Bill and Eddie were low keyed and respectful. I am thrilled with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealership. More

I wanted to get into a different Ford F-150 but I was having three problems with all the other area dealerships: 1) They would not offer a good selling price AND a fair value for my trade-in; 2) They co having three problems with all the other area dealerships: 1) They would not offer a good selling price AND a fair value for my trade-in; 2) They could not get me financed without an enormous increase in my monthly payment; 3) No area dealership had a truck in stock with the options and color I wanted. Jannell Ford of Hanover was able to meet my needs by giving me a fair selling price, a decent price for my trade-in, and they were able to locate and arrange delivery of the truck I wanted from an out of state dealer. All of this only took a few emails, one visit to make the deal, one visit to sign paperwork, and one visit to take delivery of the new truck; I went in on a Thursday night and by Monday I was driving home with exactly what I wanted. I dealt with four staff members in total, but I want to particularly praise Bill Pellagrini for being responsive, patient, and attentive to my purchasing requirements. I also thank Eddie Clark for being swift, forthright, and direct when explaining my purchase options. I will recommend Jannell Ford of Hanover to my family, friends, and peers in the veteran’s community. A much better experience than the Ford dealer in Quincy! More

Having been a Chevy guy for virtually all of my life I wanted to see what the competition had to offer for my new 5th wheel tow rig. The folks at Jannell Ford had more vehicles to choose from and a willin wanted to see what the competition had to offer for my new 5th wheel tow rig. The folks at Jannell Ford had more vehicles to choose from and a willingness to help me find the right truck for my needs. I didn't get what I thought my trade was worth (in retrospect never have) but the overall deal was quite satisfactory. Would recommend the friendly, no pressure sales approach at Jannell Ford without hesitation. More

I strongly recommend Jannel Ford, and Bill Pellagrini in particular for all the reasons you would hope someone could recommend him, and the rest of the staff. His approach to the sale was comfortable, low p particular for all the reasons you would hope someone could recommend him, and the rest of the staff. His approach to the sale was comfortable, low pressure, and tailored to what my wife and I were looking for. He worked dilligently with us to make good on the deal he said he could make us despite some significant obstacles. Bill was personable, approachable, answered our questions and phone calls promptly, and always made us feel as if we were both his and the dealerships first priority. I truly cannot say enough about the entire crew at Jannel Ford. They sold us a great car, and got us the best possible deal, I highly recommend them. More

I recently visited Jannell Ford in search of a Ford Fusion. I located one on-line and went to take a look at it. I was greeted by Bill Pellagrini in the parking lot and he was more than willing to show Fusion. I located one on-line and went to take a look at it. I was greeted by Bill Pellagrini in the parking lot and he was more than willing to show a few of the options he had. Not at any point did I feel pressured into any aspect of the deal. Bill then asked if I wanted to talk numbers and see if we could work out a deal good for both ends. Unlike most dealerships that pressure you into buying a car that day, Bill had an easy going, let’s see if we can help you attitude. This makes for a great car buying experience, and through talks with Bill and the sales manager, I purchased the car that day. I didn’t have to sit there for an extended period of time negotiating the price, like another dealer the day prior. Bill was easy to talk with and I would send anybody over to Jannell Ford to do business with him. I now own a great 2010 Ford Fusion! More

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2013 Ford Expedition EL and everyone at Jannell from Bill Pellagrini (our sales rep) to Eddie Clark (sales manager) and Joanne Kiklis (finance) were fantastic Expedition EL and everyone at Jannell from Bill Pellagrini (our sales rep) to Eddie Clark (sales manager) and Joanne Kiklis (finance) were fantastic to work with. When the exact truck we wanted was not on the lot, Eddie searched and found one in the area that they brought over. Bill very helpful in showing us the vehicle and all of the features and finally Joanne was very patient in going through the paperwork. Everyone was exceptionally knowledgable and helpful throughout the whole process and we never felt any pressure at all to buy. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. I was always treated with the utmost respect.I purchased a 2013 ford explorer limited. Bill took the time to help me learn and understand all the options and believe me, this car is loaded. I believe he is there for his customers long after the sale has been made . If you are looking for a ford salesman, Bill Pelligrini is the man for you. Jason Lehner is the sale manager at Jannell. He is knowledgeable and friendly. Again no sales pressure. He will find any car you want and negotiate fairly and respectfully. He spends time with you and helps you find the deal that works for you. He is a great asset for Jannell Ford. Joanne Kiklis is the financial specialist. She is very knowledgeable and gets the deal done. She takes care of EVERYTHING. She made this a very easy and pleasant process. In closing, I have always said I would rather rake leaves or shovel snow than have to buy a new car. Jannell Ford of Hanover has certainly changed that opinion forever. More

Earlier this year we were window shopping for a vehicle, not ready to purchase yet & not wanting to be pressured but wanting to compare a few models. Bill Pellagrini greeted us on the lot, answered our questions and gave us his card. He left a follow up message a few days later. Exactly what we wanted! Now we were ready to buy so we went back and saw Bill. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our questions regarding the Escape, Explorer and Edge. Eddie was easy to work with when it came time to discuss numbers and our trade. Joanne was very efficient and helpful when it was time to sign all the papers. We are now proud and happy owners of a 2010 Edge! We definitely recommend Bill if you are wanting to purchase a vehicle. Thanks Jannell! More
