We bought a 2011 Explorer a year ago from them and after a couple of ongoing problems they worked with us to trade into another Explorer. They made the whole process very easy and helped us move up to a nic a couple of ongoing problems they worked with us to trade into another Explorer. They made the whole process very easy and helped us move up to a nicer vechicle and still keeping it in our price range making. I would recommend this dealership to anyone of my friends for the sole reason of them standing behind thier vechile and providing good service. More

I didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling from Edward Clark, which I understand, I wasn't buying a Shelby Ford Mustang, he wasn't very personable in my opinion. The couple of times that I walked by him, he didn which I understand, I wasn't buying a Shelby Ford Mustang, he wasn't very personable in my opinion. The couple of times that I walked by him, he didn't greet me at all, like a friendly hello would of been ok. Bill and Joanne, on the other hand, went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and showed willingness to help me. If it wasn't for them, I probably wouldn't have purchased the vehicle. More

Excellent working with Bill on a lease transfer from another dealer, professional & timely in getting a new lease . Finalizing the lease was easy and Bill explained new options in the car. I brought my F150 in for service on Friday,(55,000 mile xx.)I needed an oil change and had a problem with heat adjustment control,plus an annoying rubbing sound coming from somwhere under the bed.I was hop xx.)I needed an oil change and had a problem with heat adjustment control,plus an annoying rubbing sound coming from somwhere under the bed.I was hoping for an easy service call but while having breakfast at Friendly's I received a call from Adam informing me that my Truck needed,not only an oil change but on further inspection they found a leaking rear pinion seal and the front breaks were gone.So was my budget!I got back to the Dealership explaning to Adam that I would have to make another appointment as I had to be somewhere else.Thats when my wife and I met Charlie the shuttle driver who while plesantly discussing lifes trivialities drove us home,offering to pick us up when my truck was ready.Upon return I was expecting a rather large service bill but was suprised that Adam had checked my extended warranty and found that the pinion seal was covered N/C, the xxxx squeek and rubbing from under the bed was an adjustment to the heat shield and exhaust N/C,and by the way he saved me money on the door accuator(cured the heat problem),along with a rebate on the breaks.I bought my F150 from Bill Pellegrini in 08,I have had it serviced only at Jannell since.From sales to service,to Charlie the shuttle driver it has been a pleasant experience. More

I had pre-arranged pricing through USAA for a new 2012 F-150. The dealership honored the pricing, so it was a thin margin deal for them. That being said, Bill Pellagrini treated me very well, was not "s F-150. The dealership honored the pricing, so it was a thin margin deal for them. That being said, Bill Pellagrini treated me very well, was not "salesy", and helped me find the exact vehicle I wanted. The overall experience was great, and I intend to use them for all of my service needs going forward until they give me a reason not to. I would definitely recommend them at this point in time. More

If you don't use this dealership, to buy a car,you are crazy... PAINLESS is the only word to use...
