I little older, but all the bangs and whistles she was looking for. I really appreciate a salesman that will sell you what you want, not what is the most expensive. I also saw a Honda Civic from the STL location, and Kyle brought it to Waterloo for me to see. Liked it so much I ended up trading my truck in for it and doing a double deal. I had a small hiccup with it after getting it home, but Kyle was great in troubleshooting it with me and even had it pulled into the shop real quick to check something...nothing more than a little too much air pressure in a tire. Side note...Bill, from financing, is great to work with too. He made taking my money an enjoyable experience. More

As soon as we parked, a salesperson, Joe, was waiting outside the front door of Sunset Ford to greet us. Joe was very warm and spunky (the perfect salesperson). Between jokes and jives, Joe asked us what we were looking for and began a search of ONLY used vehicles. Joe did not try to sell us a brand new car and was very respectful of our budget. After test driving a few cars, we left to explore other dealerships. By the end of the day, we realized Sunset Ford was the best fit for us. Not all dealerships have someone ready to greet you immediately and not every salesperson has the inventory to respect customer budgets. I highly recommend Sunset Ford and Joe. They provide the best customer care and they are not pushy. They truly want to help customers find a vehicle that works, not just sell cars to make a quota. Upgraded our ford F150 When we decided to upgrade our Ford F-150 we decided to check out Sunset Ford in Waterloo since our daughter had recently moved there, Julian Henson a When we decided to upgrade our Ford F-150 we decided to check out Sunset Ford in Waterloo since our daughter had recently moved there, Julian Henson and Mark Springer made that happened even though it was raining like crazy all day Julian went out of his way to show us every truck we wanted to see by pulling it into the garage so we wasn’t in the rain explained all the features on each one and helped us in our decision without high pressure sales he also made sure everything was programmed for us before we left which was very nice since we have had a lot of these features on our old truck but never used them. Not taken care of. I decided to purchase from Sunset because of their size and reputation. Buying from individuals and small dealerships, you just don’t know what you’re I decided to purchase from Sunset because of their size and reputation. Buying from individuals and small dealerships, you just don’t know what you’re getting. When I purchased my 2011 Edge, I did so used “as is”. I know how that works, and I work on my own vehicles so it’s not a big deal to me. However, I believe a premium dealership sells premium used cars, and checks those cars over before selling them off again. I shouldn’t be back at the dealership days after purchase with significant issues with the vehicle. My salesman told me they won’t sell me junk. While I don’t think my newer vehicle is junk, I also don’t this I should be on the hook for $1750 worth of repairs so close to my purchase date. I didn’t ask them to fix it all at no cost to me, I only asked for some help with the costs. They offered none, and told me I should have bought a warranty. Maybe most people should. I told them maybe the vehicle they sold me should make it 30 days without a major warning light came on. I offered to pay for parts if they would put them on. I thought that was fair. Nothing in return. I don’t feel good about my experience, and that’s a bummer. It’s supposed to feel great buying a new ride. More
