Excellent Buying Experience. I was considering trading my full size pickup for a midsize that got better mileage. After my wife and I visited with Bill Shelton and taking test dr I was considering trading my full size pickup for a midsize that got better mileage. After my wife and I visited with Bill Shelton and taking test drive in a new Ridgeline we decided to consider a trade. Bill did an excellent job explaining all the features of the new Ridgeline. We agreed to consider trading vehicles. I indicated to Bill I was not interested in hassling over price thus I would expect his best offer. He provided me with a fair trade offer which I accepted. Bill did an excellent job of going over the features of the new Ridgeline with my wife and me when we picked up the vehicle. We were very satisfied with the whole buying experience and would highly recommend Columbia Honda to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. We also have a 2014 Honda Pilot which we have serviced at Columbia Honda. There service department is excellent. We visited with there service manager John Willis regarding the Ridgeline prior to deciding to purchase it. He was very honest regarding any concerns I had with the vehicle. John Willis More
