This was the first time going to BMW of Darien. I purchased my car in Bridgeport and typically would go there, but decided to try Darien and they were amazing! Service department is thorough, but the telephone system is difficult and Bill Skornanek, a “director of Service & Parts”, is not customer friendly. In early July, I made a service appointment for July 9 and was offered “valet” service (meaning car pick up and delivery). On July 6, the “valet” service would not be available. I agreed instead to drop off the car on July 8 and was promised that somebody would drive me home. When I arrived on July 8, maybe a few minutes past 6pm, Skorvanek said that neither he nor his two employees who were chatting with me could drive me home even though I live a 3 minutes drive from the dealership. I think skorvanek should be fired. More
