Scott was able to get my car done the same day as my appointment and put me in a great, clean loaner that was fun to drive. Sal is my sales specialist and he is awesome. He regularly follows up on how I’m enjoying my car. I will absolutely buy from Sal again. Bill Taylor who runs the dealership is amazing to work with. Bill is extremely professional, polite, and fair when negotiating a price for these dream vehicles. I am so happy we have a fantastic high end dealership like Foreign Cars Charlotte in Our area. Don't deal with Sal or Bill! Do yourself a favor and don't go to this dealership. I drove about 12 hours from Chicago only to find out the car has major oil leaks and belt squeaki Do yourself a favor and don't go to this dealership. I drove about 12 hours from Chicago only to find out the car has major oil leaks and belt squeaking. Sal didn't mention the issues to me on the phone. When I got there I noticed an oil leak. Sal provided me with a report which said it was fixed. However, the car was still leaking oil from the valve cover. Then, I came across another problem which was the belt squeaking. Again, Sal didn't mention any of that over the phone. I asked Bill, used car sales manager, to have their technician check the car for the belt squeaking issue. Bill rudely replied that I either drive my rental car back to Chicago or buy their car without the technician looking at it. More

I must say that the people at this dealership have always given me outstanding service from the sale people all the way up to the GM. As an African American male I have visited different dealerships througho given me outstanding service from the sale people all the way up to the GM. As an African American male I have visited different dealerships throughout Charlotte and found that it didn't make a difference what I was wearing nor driving I received the up most respect. I have been buying cars from this dealership for over 10 years now from my Mercedes to my Bentleys they have taken care of any issues I have had without hassle.
