Responsive, Informative and Knowledgeable When my car was totaled I visited a different dealership for a test drive of the CR-V EX-L. When that salesman failed to follow up I called Valley Honda. Bill responded within an hour and provided all the information I needed in a way that I could understand. Later the same day I went to the showroom and put down a deposit so that he could obtain the car in the color and 2WD that I wanted. Three days later I picked up my new car. Bill made a very stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Bill provided excellent care at a time when I need it most. Thank you so much.
