Salesman Mark gets 5 stars while Bill and the rest of the finance team and office get -3 stars due to a refusal to deliver a used car title which turned out to have an odometer discrepancy. And the worst and most relevant part... No follow up calls to my concerns. Garbage customer service that has resulted in a complaint filed and a full refund pending.
